I was born in Sevilla, Spain, but, at the age of 9, moved with my family to Milan, Italy, where we lived for 7 years. We then moved to beautiful Key Biscayne, a place that I now call home.

My love for jewelry started as a teenager, when I began wearing necklaces and bracelets for every occasion. After many years of buying other people’s creations, I decided to make my own.

I want to thank the following people for many different reasons:

To
Paula Restrepo, for introducing me to the art of jewelry making and helping me design my first necklace.

To
Diana Clopatofsky for designing my first logo, and Adrian Alvarado, for designing the new one as well as my new business cards.

To my sister,
Chio Zubiria, for being my number one fan and always wearing my jewelry. You can see her work at www.sunangelsphoto.com.

To
Sandra del Valle, for being my second number one fan, and always reminding me how much she loves my creations.

To my mother,
Chica Zubiria, for taking pictures of all my new designs whenever I needed her.

To my mother-in-law,
Clementina Gutierrez, for always bringing me beautiful beads from Colombia.

To
Marta Rey, for giving me her expert advice and feedback when I needed it, and giving me new design ideas.

To my friend and “Muse”,
Jocelyn Arango, for inspiring me with her grace and natural elegance, for believing in me when I sometimes doubted myself, for wearing my jewelry with pride and love, and for truly caring about my success in this business.

To my family and friends,
Pupa, Barbara, Flor, Rebecca, Ana Gloria, Gimi, Giada, Manu, Jessica, and many others, for buying my jewelry and always coming back for more.
